Package Selection
Can I choose the items or make substitutions within my package?
We cannot allow any substitutions within the package. Each package is carefully selected by our designers to ensure you achieve a curated (and appropriately scaled for your space) look based on your style quiz results.
I have additional bedrooms I need to add onto my package. Is that a possibility?
Yes! We have an option to add on additional bedrooms (or other various options such as office, outdoor furniture, etc.) to each package. We can provide a price list per room where you can choose add-ons.
Will my space look like my neighbor's home who just bought the same furniture package?
No, we are happy to offer four different styles of furniture packages. Additionally, there will be variations within each package as our team of decorators appropriately tailors each piece to your space.
How do I know what is included in my package?
We will provide an informational sheet with every furniture piece included per room.
Delivery, Storage, and Installation
How much time do we need to block off for installation?
The installation will take place over the span of one day.
Are you available to store my items for me if my property is still under construction?
Yes! We are happy to offer fully climate-controlled warehousing abilities for an additional fee.
What is the delivery timeframe for my package?
Once the package is ordered, the install can be scheduled as soon as 30 days from the time of order.
I need my furniture package delivered sooner. Is there an option to expedite?
Yes! In many cases, we are able to offer an expedited delivery. An expedition fee will be assessed on a per-package basis as needed.
Do I need to be present at the installation?
No, you do not! In fact, many prefer not to be present as a reveal is more exciting. We just need access to the property, and our team will fully handle the installation.
Logistics and Additional Services
How much should I expect/budget for furniture installation to cost?
White Glove Delivery is included in each package, at no additional charge to you. In the event a boom or outside assistance is needed, (furniture does not fit through stairway, door, etc. and needs to go through windows or be lifted to various stories), those costs would be passed along to the property owner.
The property I just purchased a furniture package for is currently furnished. Do you have recommendations on movers I can get to move existing furniture out before our Regatta install?
Absolutely! We have a list of trusted vendors that we have vetted and can recommend to ensure there are no hiccups on the day of delivery!
In addition to the furniture package, I also need help with selections through the construction process. Is this something you can help with?
We do not offer selections assistance or on-site project management; however, we have a team of knowledgeable decorators who will be able to take your plans and ensure your furnishings are appropriately scaled.
